Booking Conditions
Guarantees & Practical Details
All bookings are confirmed in writing. An advance payment secures your date and the remaining balance is due before the event begins. Our venue capacity ranges from 6 to 40 guests depending on the package. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund; within 14 days, the advance payment is retained to cover preparation.
Every guest must attend in person. We do not offer remote or virtual participation. Alcohol service is BYO or arranged through a licensed partner; age restrictions follow New Zealand law.
